De firma Lanz achtte zichzelf de grootste Duitse fabrikant van semi-stationaire stoommachines. In 1907 bouwden zij hun 19.000ste locomobiel. Men geeft het totaal gebouwd vermogen echter niet op. Deze brochure beschrijft aan de hand van vele prachtige gravures de details van de constructie van semi-stationaire Lanz -installaties.
